When I started my first job at Early Winters Ltd. putting snaps on the very first ever Gore Tex Jackets, picking, packing, metering and shipping Lightning Bugs and Silver Lining Comforters for catalog orders, I had no idea I was working for the founder of one of the most innovative outdoor companies ever, or where the wind would blow my career.
